Description
Exhibition History
Charlotte Gyllenhammar’s art affects us with a compelling force. With numerous public artworks, Gyllenhammar has established herself as one of Sweden’s most prominent sculptors. There is a vibrating tension in the artist’s work that is enhanced by the luminous, yellow color. The title, "Double Blind", is literally present in the blindfolded women and a pun on the psychological term Double Bind that describes a relationship where a person is caught in a trap of contradictory messages.
